Novus on Sturt is a thoughtfully designed Build-to-Rent development located in Melbourne's Southbank Arts Precinct. Designed by Rothelowman, the architecture features a distinctive northern façade with curtain-like sun-shading fins that reflect the theatricality of the surrounding cultural institutions. The interiors showcase robust materials, including hard-wearing timber floors and exposed concrete soffits, creating a modern and durable living environment. BOWERBIRD Interiors contributed to the design of communal areas and furnished apartments, incorporating rich textures and artistic accents that resonate with the creative spirit of the neighborhood. Amenities such as a double-height atrium with an expansive art gallery space, a rooftop heated pool, co-working spaces, and a pet park are integrated to enhance resident well being and foster a sense of community.
